Community Landscape Fund 2013

The High Weald Joint Advisory Committee awarded £12,342 of grant support from its Community Landscape Fund (CLF) to twelve projects, to help achieve the AONB Management Plan objectives. These grants supported a wide range of community groups and local businesses. Projects included: Read more

SDF Projects 2009

During 2009/10 the Sustainable Development Fund supported 15 Projects and over £31,000 of grant money was provided through this scheme.  14 new partnerships were established; 104 volunteers were involved with the projects; 14 local businesses were used and over 1000 children learnt about the High Weald landscape. SDF Projects 2008

A sum of £55,000 through grants ranging from £540 to £9400 wase awarded to 14 projects; 3 projects focused on heritage management, 1 on public access, 4 on school education, 3 on land management guidance and 3 on the rural economy. Read more

SDF Projects 2007

A sum of £70,000 supported projects which focused on reducing  carbon emissions and safeguarding the High Weald and its landscape. 21 projects were completed; 3 focused on conservation, 3 on heritage, 6 on sustainable energy, 5 on rural economy, 1 on community and 3 on sustainable education projects.
