Introduction: Two ancient woodland remnants connected by new woodland planting. Owned and managed by the Woodland Trust and with lots of room for children to have fun.
Location: Immediately south of Blackboys, East Sussex, to the east of the B2192.
What can I do? Visit with all the family and have great fun. There are logs to climb, benches to admire the views, wide open glades, paths to explore, and wild boar willow sculptures to find!
What can I see? Look out for the characteristic ancient woodland indicator plants in spring, such as bluebells and wood anemones.
What can I hear? The sound of children having fun exploring their local countryside!
